Winners & Losers of the Surrey Real Estate Market


Since the market peaked early on this year, there have been some definite “winners” and “losers” in terms of which regions in Surrey have experienced the largest correction in prices.

In this month's Surrey Report, Surrey Real Estate Specialist Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty reviews just how far real estate prices in Surrey have slid and which neighbourhoods are faring better than others right now in terms of benchmark sale price. As with every Surrey Report, the team also breaks down the September 2022 benchmark stats for the City of Surrey.

Detached = $1,611,000 (+.2%7)
Townhomes = $834,800 (+%9.4)
Condos = $522,800 (+12.2%)
