Canada’s Federal Government has proposed that if re-elected, they will ban the process of “Blind Bidding” in real estate.
Their opinion is that the Blind Bidding process “ultimately drives up home prices” and that an Open Bidding system would lower home prices to make them more affordable for Canadians.
