Simply put, people forecasting the Bubble Bursting are actually trying to put into words their fear of buying at a high and then having their property be worth less in the coming months or years.
The market has ups, the market has downs, the market even has "sideways's" (not a word), but don't worry, over time the only direction land value will go is up.
